Shipping Policy
Order Processing: After your order is placed we get moving on filling your order. Orders are processed and out the door typically in 1-4 business days.

Holiday season 2024: The Activity Hive offices are closed until January 7th. All orders placed after December 22nd will be shipped out on January 7th

Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. Orders over $99 receive free standard shipping.

Shipping time: This will depend on your shipping selection at checkout. Typically, standard shipping will take 3-5 days to reach you (longer for Alaska or Hawaii) and expedited shipping will take 1-3 days after processing. Shipments within Colorado usually take 1-2 days once they are with the carrier.
Due to the ongoing issues surrounding logistics post-Covid, we (unfortunately) have no control of your package once it leaves our warehouse. You will get a tracking number once it ships and you'll be able to stalk it all the way to your front door.
Shipping Materials and Disposal: Activity Hive takes sustainability seriously. Because we know that materials matter, we source eco-friendly packaging made in the USA and 100% of our packaging is recyclable.

Boxes: 100% recycled content boxes. Specifically, they are composed of 95% post-consumer content and 5% post-industrial content. They are fully recyclable and biodegradable
Tape: Water activated tape made from 50% recycled paper and certified recycle-friendly
Packing Paper: 100% recycled content, recyclable and biodegradable

Stickers: Made with 100% FSC-certified materials, soy-based ink, acid free paper and are recyclable. The backing sheets they come on are also recyclable so there is no waste from them at HQ

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you're 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, please reach out to our team at Help@TheActivityHive.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in it's original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges.

Returns are eligible for a refund to your original payment type or for store credit. Just let our team know your preference in your returns email. If you don't specify, we will return the amount to your original payment type.

Because we are a small business and due to the rising cost of shipping, we will deduct $6 from each return as a label fee, or you can ship the item back to us using your own label and you will receive 100% of your money back.
